Ownership Ultimate-Dimensions agrees to sign over all rights associated with the ownership and use of materials originating from Ultimate-Dimensions to the customer upon receipt of final payment for said materials. Until that time Ultimate-Dimensions holds and reserves all rights to all created content.
Once Ultimate-Dimensions receives full payment, all rights to the final product, full and unrestricted, will be released to the customer for use in all media, in all markets, for unlimited period of time.
Ultimate-Dimensions retains and reserves the rights to use any and all developed content for display and self-promotional purposes.
Payment Upon receiving your confirmed and approved project request, Ultimate-Dimensions will secure a down payment in an amount equal to 30% of the total price of your order, which will cover certain expenses some of them are:-
- Creation and development time;
- Intellectual and proprietary materials utilized in developmental stages.
If the project framework was enlarged during the initial order fulfilment time, Ultimate-Dimensions may secure intermediary payments in amount agreed with the customer, but not exceeding one half of the additional cost. The intermediary fees are non-refundable and do not include final usage rights, which will be released upon receipt of final payment.
After customer's approval of the final design and receiving the final payment Ultimate-Dimensions will release rights to the completed product, full and unrestricted. You will have a right to use the final product in all media, in all markets, for unlimited period of time.
Customer has a right to terminate the project at any time. There won't be any extra fees in this case. The customer holds no rights to the designed materials. Ultimate-Dimensions retains full ownership of all work that was done for the project. Initial designs will be presented within 7-14 business days following the receipt of your order and down payment, depending on the service ordered.
Revisions Any changes and revisions are made within 8-10 business days, depending on the kind of service. Completed and approved website designs will be delivered in electronic format upon receipt and confirmation of payment within 1-2 business days.
Trademark and Copyright Ultimate-Dimensions provides no guarantee of copyright to customer. Customer assumes responsibility of obtaining Trademark or Copyright of any material created by Ultimate-Dimensions. Ultimate-Dimensions assumes no liability in the event that customer is unable to obtain Trademark or Copyright of said material for any reason.
